Savoury Oats

rolled oats 40 g

water 200 ml

salt 1 g

olive oil 5 g

hard boiled egg 1

chili flakes
Steps

Combine rolled oats, water, and salt in a bowl.

Microwave uncovered for 150 seconds on 800–900 watts. Make sure it doesn't boil over.

Stir, then microwave for 90 seconds more, until creamy.

Rest for 30 seconds. Let it thicken.

Stir in olive oil, top with hard boiled egg (halved), and season with chili flakes to taste.
