Steps

Peel the onions, cut them lengthwise in half, then slice them into very fine half-rings.

Cut the rind off the bacon(slices). Cut those into thin strips (“lardons”).

Roll out the Pizza Dough

Spread a layer of fromage frais over each dough base.

Evenly distribute portions of fine onion rings and lardons over it.

Sprinkle pepper(fresly ground) on top.

Bake in a hot oven (250 degrees) for 10 mins.
